The Contrast between Dem Philosophy expressed by former Obama White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel and the Understanding of the Patriarch Joseph expressed to his brothers.
The efforts by the Current Dem's in the Congress follows the Philosophy and practice set forth (or expressed) by the former Obama White House Chief of Staff. That Philosophy and practice was seen in what the Dem's attempted to add to the rescue legislation for those suffering from the effects of the Virus Pandemic Crisis. They succeeded in adding some of their items to the legislation but fortunately the Republicans and the President blocked their main desires and efforts.
Here is what Rahm Emanuel voiced in a taped Video Interview. He stated very clearly the Philosophy and Practice as follows:
"You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do the things that you think you could not do before."
The goal was to impose single payer Big Government Run Socialist Health Care upon the United States. Another Democrat term of Presidential office would have cemented that in place as well as implement many other items that would have changed the US into a one Party Big Government with control over every aspect of the live of people in the USA. The USA was portrayed as needing to be reduced to the level of all other Nations and to redistribute American Wealth to the other nations of the world through schemes hidden behind implementation of Global Climate Change efforts. All Americans were to be be leveled or reduced to the same income with elimination of the wealthy via Taxation.
Open borders were intended to allow an influx of many other peoples in order to dillute and minimize Native Born US Citizens and thus bring in the One Party control supporting Government as the Creator and sustainer of all things. The Intent was to overthrow the basic understandings of the U.S. Constitution and the Judaeo-Christian underpinings of Individual Freedom and Liberty as rights conferred by God our Creator. Capitalism was portrayed as creating classes and inequality when in fact it had done more to lift people the world over out of serfdom and poverty than any other economic philosophy or Governmental Polity every tried. In place of the US Constitution, Judaeo-Christian principles, and Capitalism The Dems increasingly tried to implement Socialism (often in the guise of Democratic Socialism) with Free tuition for students, free health care for all, free benefits for illegal aliens, etc., etc. ......all under the management and control of Huge Big Government.
Those efforts were stopped by the election of our current President and by growing support by Republicans and Citizens increasingly disgusted with bigger and bigger government control over individual lives and the loss of individual freedom. The Animosity toward the President derived primarily from anger that he stopped the march toward their desired goals and so for over 3 years every falsehood imaginable was thrown at the President by the Dem's, by the deep state Bureaucracy, and by even Trump haters who were Republicans. The efforts failed and the Economy of the USA boomed as never before.
But then came the Contagious Virus out of China and a subsequent Pandemic! That was the Crisis opportunity for the Revolutionaries seeking to Destroy the Constitution and American Society to strike again and so they tried (and will continue to try) to implement the Philosophy and Practice voiced by Mr. Rahm Emanuel. Look and see exactly what adherents to that Philosophy and practice say and push and you will smell the roast.
Collapse the Economy and Society and then rebuild it according to a Socialist - Collectivist Utopia Model. That is clearly the intent by many!
The trouble is that such a Utopia would really be a "Hell" just as it has been in so many other places in the World.
So the one Philosophy and Practice is the: "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And What I mean by that is an opportunity to do the things that you think you could not do before."
In Contrast there is the Philosophy, understanding and Practice of the Biblical Old Testament Patriarch Joseph. His brothers were jealous. They wanted and coveted that which belonged to their younger brother and so they took away his freedom and sold him to slavery. They didn’t care what the welfare of Joseph would be. The primary concern was their own status and power in the Community. Joseph was a threat to their plans and visions and so he had to be eliminated. They deceived their Father and they brutalized their brother. It is an old account of a side of human behavior exhibited again and again in families, tribal groups and Nations. Joseph suffers in slavery and ends up in prison but he has a gift for seeing the future clearly. And so Joseph is raised up to the right hand of the Pharaoh of Egypt and institutes wise plans for the future of the people of Egypt. Joseph is caring and concerned for the people. The wisdom of Joseph comes to fruition as disaster "Pan-drought" hits the world but Egypt has warehouses filled with the basic necessities of life and so it is that the brothers of Joseph who had engaged in terrible misguided thinking and philosophy that destroyed the freedom and liberty of others went to Egypt for help. There in Egypt they encounter the brother they had treated so horribly and as he ultimately makes himself known to them they cower in fear and guilt but the Words of Joseph , the Right hand of Pharaoh are in stark contrast to their human jealousy and covetousness and unloving actions.
The Words of Joseph are in stark contrast to all who follow the Philosophy and Practice voiced by Rahm Emanuel as well.
"So Joseph said to his brothers, " I am your brother, Joseph, whom you sold into Egypt. And now do not be distressed or angry with yourselves because you sold me here, for God sent me before you to preserve life."
After Joseph's father, Jacob, died the brothers were fearful that Joseph would take vengeance on them and then we hear the powerful Word through Joseph: "Do not fear, for am I in the placeof God? As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today. "
An amazing contrast in understandings and philosophy. That which is voiced by Mr. Rahm does not mention or consider God. But Joseph clearly is focused upon God. God takes the evil intentions of people who seek to destroy freedom and liberty and uses those efforts ultimately for the Good.
The Good takes a long time, seemingly, to come to pass. Joseph after all was in slavery and in prison for many many years because his Freedom and Liberty had been destroyed but God is God and he causes the evil intentions eventually to work for the Good. So as we see evil intentions which seek to overturn our Constitution, liberty and freedom let us all renew our trust in the understanding set forth by the Patriarch Joseph.
